In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "arr999" refers to the online gaming platform operated at arr999.one, including all sub-pages, game products, wallet services, and support facilities.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who registers an account on arr999, accesses the platform, or places any wager or engages with any game or promotional offer on the platform.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a Player on arr999, associated with a unique email address, and containing a PKR wallet balance and transaction history.
• "PKR Wallet" means the Pakistani Rupee-denominated balance held within a Player's arr999 account, comprising real money funds deposited by the Player and any applicable bonus funds held in a separate bonus wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits allocated to a Player's bonus wallet, subject to separate wagering requirements and conditions detailed in Clause 7.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by arr999 as a condition of processing withdrawal requests and maintaining account compliance.
• "Real Money Funds" means Pakistani Rupee amounts deposited by the Player via authorised payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including any schedules, appendices, or policy documents incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

To register and maintain an arr999 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. arr999 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and conducts age verification as part of the KYC process. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts immediately terminated and all funds handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• You must be a natural person (individual). Corporate entities, partnerships, and organisations may not register as Players.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or affiliate of arr999 or any of its related entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person, without prior written consent from arr999 management.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by arr999 or any partner responsible gaming organisation.
• You must not be attempting to register from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is expressly prohibited by local statute, in circumstances where arr999 has geo-restricted access from that jurisdiction.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) arr999 account only. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, different payment methods, different device identifiers, or through any other means — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and all balances forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. arr999 relies on this information for identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming compliance purposes.

• You must not use a pseudonym, alias, or any name other than your legal name as it appears on your official identity documents.
• You must promptly notify arr999 of any material change to your registration information by contacting customer support.
• arr999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any element of your registration information at any time.
• Registration using automated tools, bots, or scripts is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraudulent conduct.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your arr999 login credentials, including your email address and password. arr999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available via the account security settings panel.

• You must not share your arr999 account credentials with any other person. arr999 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• You must not permit any other individual to access or use your arr999 account, including family members residing at the same address.
• arr999 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
• If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact arr999 customer support immediately to initiate a security review and password reset.
• arr999 reserves the right to lock an account and request identity re-verification where suspicious login activity is detected, including logins from unrecognised IP addresses or devices.

arr999 will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from arr999 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

arr999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) exclusively. The following payment methods are authorised for account funding: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed by arr999 at its discretion with reasonable advance notice to players.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method and player account status.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. arr999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts, and any such deposits may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.
• arr999 does not charge deposit fees, although your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges at their discretion.
• arr999 is not responsible for delays, errors, or failures in deposit processing that originate from the payment provider's infrastructure, including JazzCash downtime, EasyPaisa service interruptions, or banking system maintenance periods.
• Deposits made through fraudulently obtained payment credentials will result in immediate account termination and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Withdrawal of real money funds from your arr999 account is subject to the following conditions and procedures. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

• Completion of KYC identity verification is a mandatory prerequisite for all withdrawal processing. arr999 will not process withdrawal requests from accounts with incomplete or pending KYC status.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the point of withdrawal request submission. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been completed in full. See Clause 7 for bonus wagering terms.
• arr999 targets processing of JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawal requests within 8–12 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank target same business day processing. These are target timelines and not guaranteed completion times — delays attributable to the receiving financial institution are outside arr999's control.
• arr999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger internal compliance thresholds, including requests that are unusually large, follow unusual betting patterns, or relate to accounts with incomplete KYC documentation.
• In circumstances where arr999 has reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, match-fixing exploitation, or fraudulent activity, withdrawal processing may be suspended pending investigation. arr999 complies fully with its obligations under applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

arr999 offers various promotional bonuses to registered players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of offer.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before conversion to withdrawable real money funds is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Time Limits: All bonus offers carry an expiry date from the point of issuance. Bonus funds and associated winnings not converted to real money before expiry are forfeited automatically.
• Game Contribution Weightings: Different game categories contribute to bonus wagering requirements at different rates. Slot games typically contribute at 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at reduced rates. Specific contribution weightings are detailed on each promotion page.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active, maximum bets per spin or per round are restricted. Placing bets exceeding the maximum bet restriction while bonus funds are active may result in bonus forfeiture and, in cases of deliberate exploitation, account suspension.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus offer at a time unless arr999 explicitly states otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: arr999 reserves the right to disqualify players and void all associated winnings where evidence of systematic bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional structures is identified. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are made at arr999's sole discretion and are final.

All casino games, slot titles, live dealer games, and arcade games (including Dragon Fishing) available on arr999 are operated under independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles reflect the theoretical long-term return based on certified game mathematics.

• Game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG and are not influenced by previous game results, bet amounts, player account status, or any other external factor.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to arr999's acceptance criteria. arr999 reserves the right to decline any bet, limit stake amounts, or withdraw markets at its sole discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected or where market integrity concerns arise.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet. In-play odds fluctuate in real time and reflect the live match situation at the moment of bet placement.
• Abandoned & Postponed Events: Where a match is abandoned before the minimum overs required for a valid result (as specified in the relevant sport's governing rules), bets will generally be voided and stakes returned unless a market-specific settlement rule applies.
• Match Integrity: Any bet placed on a match where credible evidence of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or other integrity violation exists may be voided by arr999 at its discretion, consistent with its obligations to sporting integrity bodies. This includes PSL matches and Pakistan international cricket fixtures.
• Results Verification: Official match results as confirmed by the relevant sporting body govern bet settlement. arr999 will not settle bets on the basis of unofficial sources, social media reports, or provisional results subject to review.

arr999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all registered players. The following responsible gaming provisions form a mandatory part of these Terms:

• Age Restriction: arr999 maintains a strict 21+ minimum age policy. All players are required to complete age verification as part of the KYC process. Where arr999 has reasonable grounds to believe a player is under the age of 21, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion from arr999 at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods are available in durations of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked and no deposits, bets, or logins are permitted.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits through the account settings panel. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure maximum session duration limits and reality check reminders at intervals of their choosing.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on arr999 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, resulting in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account-per-person rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration or KYC information.
• Using software, automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in or facilitating collusion with other players, including coordinating bets to exploit bonus structures or progressive jackpot mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or platform vulnerabilities. Any player who identifies a vulnerability must report it to arr999 support immediately and refrain from exploiting it.
• Money laundering, or using arr999 as a vehicle to process, layer, or integrate proceeds of criminal activity.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing arr999 staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to access arr999 systems, databases, or servers through any means other than the authorised platform interface.

All content on the arr999 platform — including but not limited to the arr999 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, databases, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of arr999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the arr999 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any arr999 content without prior written authorisation.
• Game content made available on arr999 via third-party game studios (including slot titles, live dealer content, and arcade games) remains the intellectual property of the respective game provider and is licensed to arr999 for display on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, arr999's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player into their arr999 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• arr999 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of gaming winnings, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the platform, even where arr999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• arr999 shall not be liable for service interruptions, platform unavailability, or technical failures resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including telecommunications infrastructure failures, cyber-attacks, natural disasters, or regulatory interventions.
• arr999 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect platform availability.

arr999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent, deceptive, or money laundering activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's bank or mobile wallet provider.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to suspend or close the account.
• The player being found to be under the age of 21 at registration.

Where an account is suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms, arr999 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance, including both real money funds and bonus funds, where such forfeiture is consistent with applicable law and the specific nature of the breach.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their arr999 account may do so by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any pending withdrawal requests, active bonus wagering, and completion of applicable KYC procedures where not already completed.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which arr999 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through arr999's internal dispute resolution process before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

• Players may raise a formal complaint by contacting arr999 customer support in writing, detailing the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought.
• arr999 will acknowledge formal complaints within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
• Where internal resolution is not achieved, the matter may be referred to the independent dispute resolution body designated under arr999's operating licence.
• Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in their jurisdiction of residence.

arr999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect Player rights, bonus conditions, payment terms, or responsible gaming provisions — arr999 will provide registered Players with at least 14 days' advance notice via the registered email address on their account before the amendments take effect.

• The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page and in the page hero section.
• Your continued use of the arr999 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you do not agree to any amendment, you may close your arr999 account prior to the effective date without penalty, subject to any pending withdrawal and KYC completion requirements.
• Non-material amendments — such as clarifications, corrections of typographical errors, or formatting changes — may be made without advance notice.
